What is a Tea-house/lodge trek?

Tea-house/lodge trek means sleeping and eating in local Tea-house or local lodge. We serve the food on the basis of the menu and they offer the varieties of typical local foods like potatoes, rice with lentils, noodles, soup, seasonal vegetables, curry, different style of eggs, bread. Drinks like Beer, Cola, and local alcohol are often available but that will be at your own cost except Tea and coffee. Room are basic just a bed with blanket and pillow. So, you need to take a warm sleeping bag with you.
