Annapurna Tilicho Lake trek is a journey that take you through the heart of the Himalayas – circumnavigating the massive Annapurna range, offering the lush valleys, forests to the high mountain terrain. The first two nights you will be staying in the rural village of northern-central Nepal where you be exploring the village, observe rural life, visiting farmlands, spending time with the farmers, and so on. During the clear skies you have an opportunity to see the beautiful view of Mt. Manaslu range from the top of the rural village and other nearby areas. After staying in the rural village you will drive to Besisahar, a headquarter of Lamjung district and the gateway of Annapurna circuit trek. Now, the trip follows the mostly bumpy roadway from Besisahar to Chame, from here we’ll begins real adventure journey to Manang, Tlicho Lake and crossing the high pass Thorong La. During our trekking journey will visit ancient monastery of Braga, deeply cultural village of Manang, and a stunningly blue, glacial lake at the foot of Tilicho Peak. You’ll have an experience of ultimate challenge, Thorong La which is the highest point of your trek, offering the breathtaking mountain views. Muktinath is a sacred pilgrimage for both Hindu and Buddhist which is situated at 3,800M, offering a sense of spiritual serenity. Detailed Itinerary

Day 01

Drive Kathmandu to rural village via Gorkha Bazzar (1,522M)

Highlights of the day: Drive through Nepali highway along the Trishuli river, from Abukhaireni ascend hilly roads leading up to Gorkha. You’ll see the hillside settlements before arriving at historic Gorkha Bazzar, home for the famous Gorkha Durbar (Palace) and gateway to Manaslu region treks. Tour of Gorkha bazar, Palace on the way and stay over in a village with a host family.

Drive Homestay to Besisahar 760M

Highlights of the day: Breakfast in homestay and will drive to Besisahar by private Jeep. It is the small vibrant town which is the former trek starting point for the Annapurna circuit trek. In the evening will do sightseeing around the market.

Drive Besisahar to Chame 2,670M

Highlights of the day: Drive along the adventurous road trip to Chame. During the journey you will have the views of Lamjung Himal and Annapurna II. Drive through Timang village, known for Tibetan culture and prayer flags. Arrive at Chame, the district headquarters of Manang.

Trek Chame to Upper Pisang 3,300M

Highlights of the day: Early morning hike to Tilicho Lake, one of the highest glacial lakes in the world. Stunning turquoise waters set against Tilicho Peak and the Annapurna massif. After enjoying the lake, descend back to base camp and again start ascend to Shree Kharka for overnight.
